YAY, thank you for dropping by to read this post!
For the fact that you are starting your own business, planning to start your own business OR looking to start a COWORKING SPACE BUSINESS, thank you for checking this out!
Assuming you are starting your own business and looking for a work space suitable for your own good self, you may want to look for a space that suits your business and your preferred commuting time. It is very important that you start your business on the right foot path so that you can eliminate the hassle of changing office in the very near future. (Of course, to a certain point in your business, you will need to change office for expansion and for growth – just that at this point in time, minimal interruption to gain momentum for the business is more crucial, do you agree?)
OK, so let’s address this question:
“WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COWORKING VERSUS INCUBATING?”
The simplest way to approach this is ask ourselves what we want in our business and how do we want to grow it.
After running a coworking space for 2 years while also building up my profession as a speaker-trainer-facilitator (and hopefully a business coach, too, who knows), I believe that the work space should cultivate ONE THING that sets all other work spaces apart, and that is “Work Culture”.
After all, a space is as dead as its desks and chairs without the people giving life to the business.
So, when you are considering building up a space or using that space to work, these 3 KEY QUESTIONS will be able to help you make better informed decisions.
3 Key Questions to Address the Differences between Coworking Versus Incubating:-
I hope this article will give you an insight in the differences between these two work spaces.
In my next article, I will be posting about the importance of Coworking Culture.
I believe that it is not only the desk, location and the layout of the coworking space that matters the most, it is also the culture inside that space that you must consider as well.
